Welcome to the website designed, run, and owned by Desert Peak residents.

I bought the desertpeak.net domain name after reading the line items in our
projected 'community budget', and finding that our management company
was charging us over $400 per month to 'manage our website.'

Having been both board president of my previous community and a web
designer... I realized there was something I had to do. In the summer of 2006,
I bought the name and set up this site.

Originally just a page or two, in February 2007 I made some changes, then
again in March 2009. (This site costs $40 per YEAR to maintain.)

Read through the site, and if you have any suggestions or comments, either
contact me through the 'contact' pages (clever, no?), or grab me during my
daily walk with my doggie... and occasionally Susie!
