lines and trees
are being put into
place.

continues on the
future Desert
Peak Parkway.

More curbing is
poured.

paper is added
to home #66.

2/06/07: Lot 37 is
ready to be
poured, Lot 38 is
newly poured, and
framed 35 and
walled 36 are in the
background.

2/06/07: The
curbs of the
future Desert
Peak Parkway are
poured a few feet
at a time...

2/07/07: Lot 62 has
new windows, Lot
65 gets roof tiles
lifted into place.

2/08/07: Lot 86 has
standing walls but
no roof. Behind it,
Lot 73 has tar paper,
and Lot 74 has tiles,
finished walls, and
foam insulation!

2/08/07: Landscape
piping is in place. A
few multiple head
lines sprout into
something! Guess
we'll find out in a
few months!

2/15/07: Lot 86
gets a roof... and
the framing for
elevation 'B'
begins to take
shape.

2/14/07:

Lot 62 has a full
workcrew working
both inside and out.
Hope they get time
off to buy cards and
flowers! :)

2/22/07: Lot 72
turns from a slab
into a house.

Note the little
sidewalk barely
visible on the left.

is going to

gets ductwork
installed.

3/12/07: Trees are
installed outside the
fence behind lots
62-67. I guess it
brings the work
area back to desert
landscaping.

3/13/07: Lot 69
gets windows.
Next door, lot 68
already is
styrofoamed!

3/13/07: Lot 86
gets windows.

3/13/07: First
layer of pavement
is down. Desert
Peak Parkway,
looking west...

east. You can just
make out the
traffic light at
Cave Creek
Road.

One day, we'll all
be waiting there
on our way to
work!

3/13/07: Lot 1,
drywall
installed.

3/16/07: Lot 61
has windows
installed, and
roof tiles have
been delivered.

3/16/07: Lots
1 and 3 now
have stucco!

3/18/07: Lot 62's
garage is insulated.
It's a four car
garage, so I guess
this will keep the
'toys' warm... or
'cool'!
